On April 11, 2025 I buried my mother and it was a beautiful service with the Funeral Director Thomas assisting. I was reassured many times and didn't have to worry about the day's layout plans, they took care of our family and did a great job celebrating mom's new life. Residing off-island in California and Texas the five of us siblings were able to connect virtually to witness her Viewing, Mass and Burial. Tommy went above and beyond and his conduct was beyond exemplary, all our needs were taken care of and he handled himself as if he had been in the business for so many years.
Tommy, Vivian and Tammy are true assets to your company with compassion, empathy and genuine concern for we the grieving family we did not worry about anything.
I am a person who always recognizes stellar customer service and performance as I too have worked with Customer Service for many decades and I am very appreciative when I am recognized for giving exemplary service.
