also known as “Ko/Kiko/Frankie James”, of Mangilao and formerly of Santa Rita, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on December 1, 2025 at the age of 69.

Mass of intention is being offered at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, in Toto, weekdays at 6:00 a.m./6:30 a.m.; Saturday at 4:30 p.m.; Sunday at 8:00 a.m.

Last respects will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Guam Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leyang, Barrigada.  Mass for a Christian Burial will be offered at 1:00 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Toto, followed by interment at Guam Memorial Park.
