Also known as “Frank”, of Mangilao, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on August 2, 2024, at the age of 86.

Last respects will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Guam Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leyang, Barrigada.  Private cremation services to follow.
