Also known as “Uncle Chu / Jess”, of Santa Rita, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on July 27, 2022 at the age of 87.

Mass of Intention is being offered at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Santa Rita at the following schedule: July 29 at 6:30 a.m.; July 30 at 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.; July 31 at 6:30 a.m.; August 1 thru 3, and August 5, at 6:30 a.m.  
Daily rosary is being said at the Rabago residence (142 Vicente D. Lizama Street), in Santa Rita, at the following schedule: July 27 thru August 4 at 11:30 a.m.; August 5 at 6 p.m.

Last respects will be held on August 15, 2022, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Guam Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leyang, Barrigada.  Mass for a Christian burial will be offered at 12 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, followed by interment at Guam Veterans Cemetery in Piti.
