also known as “Joe”, Familian “Kadi”, of Mongmong, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on November 1, 2025 at the age of 83.

Daily rosary is being offered at Nuestra Señora de las Aguas Catholic Church in Mongmong, weekdays at 5:20 p.m.; Saturday at 4:20 p.m.; and Sunday at 8:20 a.m.  Mass to follow rosary.

Last respects will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Nuestra Señora de las Aguas Catholic Church in Mongmong.  Mass for a Christian Burial will be offered at 12:00 p.m., followed by interment at Guam Memorial Park in Leyang, Barrigada.
