Also known as "Chilang", familian "Capilli-Dongat", of Dededo and formerly of Tumon Heights-Tamuning, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on December 29, 2020 at the age of 88. 

Mass is being offered at Santa Barbara Catholic Church in Dededo (Lower level) Monday through Friday at 6pm and Saturday and Sunday at 5pm through January 18, 2021. Additional mass is being offered at Saint Anthony Catholic Church in Tamuning twice daily at 6am and 6pm.

Last Respects for Cecilia will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 pm at Guam Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leyang, Barrigada. Mass for a Christian burial will be offered on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 12 noon at Santa Barbara Catholic Church (Upper Level) in Dededo. Interment will follow at Guam Memorial Park in Leyang, Barrigada, where we will bid her farewell and a peaceful rest.
