Also known as “Arcel”, of Dededo, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on June 22, 2024 at the age of 78.

Last respects will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the Saint Paul Assembly of God Church in Dededo. A memorial service will be offered at 11:00 a.m., followed by private cremation.
