also known as “Vic”, of Mongmong, passed away in the Grace of our Lord on September 5, 2023 at the age 66.

Last respects will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Nuestra Senora de las Aguas Church in Mongmong.  Mass for a Christian Burial will be offered at 12:00 p.m., followed by interment at Guam Veterans Cemetery in Piti.
